🔍 Responsibilities:

• Search for new clients (USA, Europe) through various channels
• Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to contract signing
• Communicate with international customers via calls, emails, and meetings
• Prepare presentations and commercial proposals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in IT outsourcing)
• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)
• Basic understanding of software development and IT services
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
