    We are looking for a Trainee Manual QA engineer in a startup in the area of performance measurement and motivation. The main purpose of this application is to help to conduct performance reviews of software engineering teams and individuals and help to motivate them to grow.

     

    JOB SUMMARY

    As a Trainee Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our reporting system project by meticulously testing and validating its functionality. You will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to identify, document, and report defects, as well as verify that all system components meet the highest quality standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Conduct thorough testing of the reporting system, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

    Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

    Identify, document, and track defects and issues using issue tracking tools.

    Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

    Perform data validation and ensure accurate reporting results.

    Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures.

    Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation.

    Report test results and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.

    Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent attention to detail.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.

    Familiarity with QA tools and processes.

    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

    A passion for ensuring the highest quality software.
