About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Retool Developer with experience in PostgreSQL to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools using Retool.
• Integrate Retool with PostgreSQL databases and other APIs.
• Optimize queries and data handling for performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience working with Retool
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures
• Solid experience working with REST APIs and data integration

Nice to Have:

• Experience with MySQL
• Familiarity with AWS
• Prior experience in building internal business tools or dashboards
• Knowledge of automation tools and workflow integrations

We are a Ukrainian team with roots in Odesa, working on RecordsMarine.com – a marketplace for the maritime industry that connects suppliers and buyers in one platform, streamlining their interactions.

As we expand, we are looking for a Legal Specialist to help us navigate compliance and legal frameworks related to vendor agreements, terms, and platform policies.
 

What We Need Help With:

1. Licensing & Agreements
   1. Drafting an additional licensing agreement for vendor placements.
   2. Adapting custom Terms & Conditions for our platform.
2. Vendor-Related Legalities
   1. Handling legal aspects of adding vendors independently to our platform.
   2. Ensuring vendor onboarding aligns with global regulations.
3. Review & Reputation Management
   1. Developing a review system that mitigates legal risks.
4. International Legal Awareness
   1. Understanding cross-border compliance for marketplace operations.
   2. Advising on potential liabilities and protections for our business.
   3. Assistance in registration of company and communication with legal and tax advisors.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Legal background with experience in IT marketplaces, licensing, or e-commerce policies.
• Familiarity with international regulations for digital platforms and vendor management.
• Experience structuring risk-free review & feedback systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify legal risks proactively.
• Fluency in English & Ukrainian/Russian (for legal documentation & communication).
