The Calendars builds an iOS app used by millions of people every day to plan their time. We’re looking for an iOS Engineer who wants to work on a large-scale product, contribute to the development of key features, and build a high-quality user experience as part of a strong team.

What you will do:

• Implement, document, maintain existing application functionality.
• Enhance the application's responsiveness. Identify and rectify bottlenecks and bugs.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform design mockups and wireframes into fully functional and visually appealing iOS application

   

About you:

• Experience developing applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Understanding of iOS design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of SOLID, OOP patterns, concurrency patterns.
• Proficient in memory management and performance tuning.

• Comfortable working with UIKit, SwiftUI, Foundation, Combine, GCD, Swift Concurrency.

As a Senior AI Prototyping Engineer, you will work at the intersection of AI research, product engineering, and rapid experimentation. Your mission is to turn new AI capabilities into real, testable product experiences and help bring the best of them into production at Spark. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and our AI R&D team to explore ideas, build prototypes, evaluate them quickly, and help ship AI features to a global audience.

What you’ll do:

• Prototype new AI-powered features based on emerging AI capabilities
• Translate early ideas into end-to-end working prototypes
• Design and maintain evaluation pipelines (quality, latency, cost, reliability)
• Compare models, prompts, and approaches using metrics and structured evaluation
• Work closely with R&D to turn research insights into product-ready concepts
• Collaborate with product engineers to support production integration
• Iterate quickly based on evaluation results and product feedback
• Track relevant AI advancements and assess their applicability to Spark
   

About you:

• 5+ years of experience building software products or prototypes
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and modern AI APIs
• Strong prototyping skills in at least one of: Swift, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Go or Python
• Experience building or using evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Ability to compare solutions using metrics and data
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on real user value
• Strong communication skills across engineering, R&D, and product teams
• Comfort working on early-stage problems and defining solutions

As a Senior Growth Analyst at Readdle, you’ll own the numbers behind how Spark grows. From the first ad impression to long-term renewals, you’ll make sense of the data, design event structures, and ensure everything is measurable. You’ll dig into funnels, uncover insights, and build dashboards that make growth performance crystal clear for product and marketing teams.

What will you do:

• Transform and analyze large datasets in BigQuery and Amplitude to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights across the user journey.
• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Tableau and Google Sheets that reduce ad-hoc reporting requests and establish a clear source-of-truth for growth metrics.
• Define, document, and QA event structures for new features, campaigns, and experiments; build a robust monetization measurement system to support pricing and migration decisions.
• Analyze user funnels across ads, store, onboarding, in-app usage, purchases, and cancellations to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
• Design and monitor A/B experiments and feature launches; validate results and ensure long-term impact tracking.
• Proactively surface insights, hypotheses, and growth opportunities to marketing and product teams; shape quarterly prioritization with impact scenarios to influence roadmap decisions.
• Build forecasting and scenario models for installs, conversions, retention, and revenue.
• Ensure data integrity across tools and pipelines through established QA processes; work with Appsflyer to track attribution and optimize acquisition reporting.

About you:

• 5+ years in growth, product, or marketing analytics in a B2C or SaaS environment, with experience supporting pricing, monetization, or migration initiatives in subscription-based products.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake); proficiency in Tableau and/or Amplitude for dashboards and complex data visualization.
• Experience with Appsflyer or other attribution platforms; familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of product analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention, event tracking), statistics, A/B testing, and concepts like segmentation, churn, or LTV modeling.
• Proven ability to design self-serve dashboards and act as a strategic thought partner to PM/PMM teams, not just an executor of analytics requests.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams with a proactive, curious, and coachable mindset.
