WHAT WE NEED:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing native Android applications
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, with deep understanding of Coroutines and Flows
• Production experience with Jetpack Compose Practical understanding and application of SOLID principles
• Solid experience with MVVM and Clean Architecture
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale mobile projects with high traffic, reliability, and security demands
• Experience with unit testing, and familiarity with product reliability techniques
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and processes Able to read and understand technical documentation independently Good command of written and spoken English

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience working on FinTech products or other highly regulated domains
• Security mindset — attention to secure coding and data handling
• Hands-on experience with modular architecture using Dependency Inversion, enabling scalable feature delivery
• Understanding of Gradle build logic with Kotlin DSL (KTS)

• Develop and maintain high-quality FinTech Android applications
• Contribute to defining and evolving the architecture and tooling of the Android apps

• Ensure high standards of security, performance, and user experience

We are looking for a talented UX Designer/Researcher fluent in English and Polish who will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our mobile banking application.

You will work across the full UX process — from research and ideation to testing and delivery — ensuring that every design decision is backed by user insights and aligned with business goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Developers to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our users.

WHAT WE NEED:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer
• Strong Portfolio of commercial products
• Strong experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Fluent Polish and English speaker (essential for user interviews and testing)
• Experience designing mobile applications (preferably fintech, banking, or similar)
• Proficiency with Figma and UX research tools (e.g., Maze, Useberry)
• Ability to structure insights and present research findings clearly
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience working on financial or banking products
• Understanding of Polish financial and regulatory landscape
• Experience with UI design and creating high-fidelity prototypes
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Double Diamond, and Lean UX frameworks
• Experience in quantitative research or A/B testing
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, Amplitude)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, diary studies, etc.) in Polish
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and user needs Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts for mobile banking features
• Conduct usability tests and iterate based on feedback and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, Marketing)
• Ensure UX consistency across iOS and Android platforms
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to our UX standards and design system
• Translate research insights into design recommendations and product improvements

ABOUT YOU:

• 5+ years of experience business/system analysis;
• Comprehensive working experience in banking domain (accounting, onboarding, payments. Deep knowledge of SEPA payment processing is required.);
• Knowledge of data modeling and data flow modeling, data mapping;
• Experience in creating of BRD, ERD and technical assignments for large projects;
• Knowledge of basic principles of SQL & relational databases;
• Basic understanding of REST API principles and how to read/validate API specifications;
• Basic understanding of distributed messaging systems and patterns (event driven architecture, message queues);
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques (UML, BPMN);
• Practical experience with requirements management and collaboration tools (Jira & Confluence mandatory);
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to run workshops and present to senior stakeholders;
• Strong decision making skills; experience in backlog prioritization and release planning;

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience in working with UX-tools (preferable Figma)
• Experience of using CRM systems (Siebel, SalesForce, MS Dynamics etc.)
• Knowledge of product discovery techniques
• Understanding of payment security (SCA, fraud prevention) and operational processing constraints
• Familiarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT standards, PSD2 and other payments/regulatory frameworks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze business requirements and business needs
• Pre-project survey and initial collection of requirements
• Create entity-relationship diagram and business processes architecture
• Interaction with development teams at the stages of implementation, testing, implementation
