    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, focusing on technical roles in the IT, DevOps, and Cloud sectors. The ideal candidate has a background in sourcing, recruiting, and managing candidate pipelines using advanced search techniques, and can deliver excellent candidate experience.

     

    Requirements:

    0.5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
    Focusing on recruiting for technical roles in IT, DevOps, or Cloud environments
    Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques like Boolean and X-Ray searches
    Demonstrated ability to turn passive prospects into active candidates using a variety of talent engagement tools and techniques
    A self-starter capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously and working independently
    English – B2
    Ability to work within tense timeline
    Responsibilities:

    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, networking, events, and more
    Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
    Take full ownership of assigned roles by ensuring all candidates' data and status are up to date in the ATS
    Manage the recruitment process for your assigned roles from initial sourcing to final hire, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
    Act as a brand ambassador for the company, delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
    Ensure each role is posted across various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media channels to maximize visibility and outreach
    Lead employer branding initiatives
    Recruitment KPI reporting
