Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, API integrations, and AI-driven automation to join our leadership team. The CTO will play a central role in advancing our technology infrastructure, driving innovation, and integrating sophisticated AI technologies to optimize performance and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s technology vision and strategy, focusing on scalable AI-driven solutions and automation to enhance marketing and operational efficiency.
• Architect, oversee, and implement advanced AI solutions, including AI-based analytics, predictive modeling, NLP, automation processes, and intelligent decision-making tools.
• Manage the integration and optimization of AI APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and enhanced client campaign performance.
• Direct technology infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, to identify and deploy innovative technology solutions that improve operational workflows and client satisfaction.
• Supervise technical teams in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of robust applications, automation systems, and AI-powered platforms.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices, integrating relevant advancements to keep the company technologically competitive.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer, with substantial exposure to AI, API integrations, and automated technological solutions.
• Extensive experience and deep understanding of AI methodologies, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI model deployment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI-powered automation solutions in business operations, ideally within marketing, PR, financial services, or trading industries.
• Advanced proficiency in AI and automation technologies, including experience with relevant APIs, data analytics platforms, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
• Experience managing remote technical teams across various time zones, particularly aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.
• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with the trading industry's regulatory and compliance standards is highly advantageous.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to rapid technological and market changes.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our fast-paced news platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media relations, storytelling, and brand positioning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our public image and maintaining a positive relationship with the media and our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance our brand visibility and media presence.
• Craft compelling press releases, media advisories, and pitches to secure top-tier media coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders in the media industry.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and reports to the team.
• Coordinate press events, interviews, and media briefings.
• Manage crisis communication and provide timely responses to media inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all public communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in public relations, preferably in a news or media environment.
• Strong media relations skills and an extensive network of media contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in social media and digital communication platforms.

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

This is a remote position aligned with the EST time zone.

• Develop robust AI evaluation frameworks to enhance model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Build, optimize, and maintain various types of platforms, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop and customize WordPress-based platforms, including plugin and theme development, performance optimization, and security enhancements.
• Work with React.js to build dynamic and interactive user interfaces, integrating with APIs and back-end services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best software engineering practices.

• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, ML, cloud computing, and web development technologies.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python and PostgreSQL.
• Extensive experience in AWS infrastructure, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
• Practical knowledge of ML models, computer vision, or prompt engineering for visual-language models.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and reliable systems.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
• Proficiency in data processing, ETL pipelines, and automation workflows.
• Experience in building and maintaining platforms of various types, including enterprise solutions, SaaS applications, and AI-driven platforms.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including theme/plugin development, custom API integrations, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in React.js, with experience in building responsive, interactive, and scalable front-end applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think algorithmically.

• Availability to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Go, Java, or TypeScript.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
