We are seeking a talented and proactive L3 Support Engineer to join our team and ensure our application runs smoothly by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues escalated from L1/L2 support teams.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis to identify and implement permanent solutions for recurring technical problems.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to understand issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and proactively optimize backend processes to prevent potential failures.
- Develop and deploy patches, scripts, and updates to address technical challenges and improve application stability.
- Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance system efficiency, including opportunities to integrate LLM-driven intelligent backend utilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, resolutions, and system improvements.
- Assist in automating troubleshooting workflows and building proactive alerting mechanisms.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports to support teams in self-assisted troubleshooting and product analytics
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 3 years in L3 support AND/OR in general python development of SaaS applications
- Strong understanding of backend systems, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Backend & APIs: Python3, SQLAlchemy, Flask, FastAPI, Celery, Playwright.
- Databases & Messaging Queues: PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ.
- Infrastructure & Monitoring: Docker, Grafana, GCP, Azure.
- Proficiency in coding and scripting for troubleshooting, automation, and tooling.
- Experience performing root cause analysis and system optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Previous experience in SaaS or similar environments is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Cloud Admin to join our growing team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in maintaining, securing, and optimizing our cloud-based systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of our systems while implementing automation to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Oversee and ensure the smooth running of our cloud infrastructure, managing operating systems, networks, and cloud resources.
- Compliance Activities (SOC II): Contribute to achieving and maintaining SOC II compliance by managing the documentation and technical activities required for audits.
- DevOps: Work closely with development teams to support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and ensure our infrastructure meets the needs of our applications.
- Automation: Build and maintain automated processes for deployment, provisioning, monitoring, and scaling systems using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Monitoring: Set up, configure, and optimize monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance, quickly responding to incidents and system failures.
- Security Hardening: Apply security best practices across all environments and systems, including vulnerability assessments, patch management, and security monitoring.
- Workspace Administration: Manage workspaces and collaboration environments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for developers and teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in systems administration, cloud infrastructure management, or a related field.
- Cloud Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud.
- OS Experience: Strong knowledge of Linux administration (Ubuntu or similar)
- Programming Skills: Some proficiency in Python, Bash, and SQL.
Bonus Experience (Nice-to-Haves):
- Terraform: Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform.
- Helm: Familiarity with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
- Kubernetes: Strong expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- RabbitMQ: Familiarity with RabbitMQ for message queuing and asynchronous processing.
- Postgres DB: Experience managing and optimizing Postgres databases.
- Nginx: Knowledge of Nginx for web server and reverse proxy configuration.
- Grafana: Experience setting up and working with Grafana for monitoring and visualization.
- Storage Containers: Familiarity with managing storage containers for scalable and secure storage.
- Cloudflare (or other WAF): Experience with Web Application Firewalls like Cloudflare to protect and optimize web applications.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Azure and Google Cloud Platform: Knowledge of Azure and GCP is a plus, along with relevant certifications.
- Certifications: Any relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, SOC II) are a plus.
