We are looking for a Junior Back-End Engineer (Nodejs/Express) for a small team that maintains a set of in-house ad tech/analysis tools in the gambling/affiliate marketing domain.

You will:

• Write code for in-house tooling for high-load ads-tracking ecosystem
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain interactive ads
• Learn and master Nodejs backend practices, microservice ad-tech infrastructure in the team of experienced devs

Hard requirements:

• 1+ year of experience (we are ready to onboard a strong self-starter!) in Nodejs backend development
• Experience in Telegram (or other messengers) Bot and Client API
• Understanding of event-based and asynchronous approach
• Basic understanding of API design
• Understanding of NoSQL databases
• Familiarity and strong desire to follow software best practices

Will be a strong advantage:

• Knowledge of ddd methodology

Soft requirements:

• Readiness to collaborate with stakeholders of various internal projects in dynamic delivery process
• Autonomy and self-reliance, being ready to work in a small product team
• Ability to multitask and constantly improve dev skills

Завдання:

• Обробка вхідного «гарячого» трафіку в чатах
• Робота з FD
• Професійна та коректна комунікація з клієнтами
• Супровід клієнтів на всіх етапах воронки продажів
• Продаж розроблених продуктів і рішень в текстовому форматі
   

Умови:
- Робота у парі
- Графік плаваючий 5/2 (робочі дні будуть як у будні так і на вихідних)

- Офіс або віддалено (наш офіс працює як пункт незламності)
- Денні та нічні зміни (три зміни 8 годин, 2 зміни 10 годин)
- $600 + % від суми ФТД (% виплати залежить від % конвертації)
- Постійне навчання
- Перспектива зростання у компанії до ретеншена
