    We’re expanding our brand presence in Poland and looking for a proactive, hands-on Event Manager to drive our offline activities, strengthen media relations, and help scale our influence.

    As our Event Manager, you’ll own offline brand growth in Poland — working at the intersection of events, partnerships, and public relations with opportunity to grow into Regional Marketing Manager

    🎯 Your Impact Areas

    • Plan and manage offline events in Warsaw and across Poland (talks, workshops, brand activations)
    • Build and nurture relationships with media, journalists, and local communities
    • Coordinate PR activities: arrange interviews, draft press releases, secure placements
    • Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to align PR and community efforts
    • Manage vendors and external partners where needed (event spaces, PR agencies)
    • Track event and PR effectiveness, reporting results and suggesting improvements
    • Help refine our local voice and brand positioning in Poland

    • 2+ years of experience in event management, PR, or communications in Poland
    • Existing network among media, venues, communities in Warsaw and beyond
    • Strong project management skills — you know how to deliver events and campaigns on time and on budget
    • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently with remote teams
    • Hands-on, flexible mindset — ready to execute and grow fast
    • C1-C2 Polish language level with strong English skills

    We’re looking for an empathetic and responsible Customer Support Specialist to assist our clients and therapists with platform-related questions.

    🎯 Your Impact Areas

    • Communicate with clients and therapists via email and chat (Ukrainian + Polish)
    • Provide information and basic tech support
    • Log tickets and issues in CRM and internal databases
    • Support therapist onboarding (if needed)
    • Maintain our brand tone and communication style

    • Write fluently and respectfully in Ukrainian and Polish (at least A2–B1 and higher)

    • Paid 2-week onboarding (20 hours/week)
