Responsibilities:

• Design data science, statistical, machine learning and deep learning systems that influence millions of players
• Implement and optimize appropriate ML algorithms and tools for time series and tabular data
• Transform data science prototypes into full-scale products, while deploying and monitoring ML models
• Run live tests and experiments
• Train and retrain systems when necessary
• Create or extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
• Collaborate with other scientists, engineers, architects and analysts spread across several countries

Requirements:

• MSc in Computer Science, or any related degree
• Solid working experience in Python and Java - high coding standards, clean code, well documented, and extensive unit testing- Must.
• Experience working with databases (SQL and no-SQL)
• Experience with Scala
• Experience with training, testing, deployment, and monitoring real-time (or near real-time) machine learning models in production
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras, Tensorflow, or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn) - Big Advantage. 
• Experience with Big Data tools, in particular batch and stream processing (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive, etc.) - Must 
• Good understanding of container & orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) - Must
• Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects
• All-around team player who is a self-motivated, fast learner

Responsibilities:

• Provide solid support to business, customer support (L1) and R&D with a high degree of satisfaction and technical expertise
• Monitoring of applications on all layers: infrastructure, service, feature, and business
• Escalating issues according to priority
• Coordinating different teams in order to identify and resolve outages
• Verify service impact on the users
• Send out status updates and document all the events
• Liaising with 3rd party suppliers
• Manage queue of incoming inquiries, determine prioritization, and address appropriately
• Respond to assigned questions, problems and concerns and adheres SLA
• Document resolutions for future reference

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Math or similar engineering/science fields.
• English level starting from B2 (Upper-Intermediate English)
• Basic knowledge of networking, Virtualization, Databases
• Experience in working with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Appdynamics, Icinga, Nagios) - is a plus
• Experience in L2, L3 support, BA or BI - is a plus
• Experience with writing SQL queries and MS Excel formulas - is a plus

Requirements:

Must Haves:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years as a Backend Engineer, or a similar role, with a consistent record of successfully delivering ML solutions
• Solid software engineering skills, including experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying systems in Kubernetes environment.
• Experience with big data tools i.e. Spark, and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with real-time and streaming applications.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, articulate ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and lead projects from concept to execution.
Nice to Have:
• Experience as a ML/GEN-AI Engineer, or a similar role.
• High proficiency in Python, with extensive experience with Python software development, Python-based ML libraries, and API development (FastAPI).
• Deep understanding of Python programming principles, including object-oriented programming, asynchronous processing, and memory management.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models using tools like BentoML.
• Experience with real-time ML applications and streaming data (Kafka, Flink, etc.).
• Experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
