📍 Full-time role, office-based in Kyiv (HQ in Warsaw, team distributed worldwide).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter in the IT (Gambling / iGaming background is a big plus).
• Strong track record in headhunting and hiring for key positions (e.g. Head of Retention, Analytics Manager, Payments Manager, Affiliate Manager, Media Buyer).
• Ability to implement creative and effective hiring strategies (beyond standard job postings).
• Experience managing recruitment costs and budgets.

• High energy, ownership mindset, and a drive to excel in your craft.

   

Responsibilities:

• Identifying hiring needs and building effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Actively sourcing candidates through all possible channels and conducting interviews.
• Personally leading the hiring process for key roles.
• Managing recruitment budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.

• Tracking key recruitment metrics and preparing reports.
