Our Product team is responsible for delivering the best user experience in Pics.io and Toriut.com. Right now, we’re tackling an exciting challenge—establishing a clear, structured approach to product analytics.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Analyst who will help us define/track key metrics, interpret data, and leverage insights to drive smarter product decisions. Your work will allow us to predict the impact of changes on business metrics and evaluate product success more effectively.
As a Product Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Development, and possibly Sales teams to foster data-informed decision-making.
Your Skills & Experience- 1+ years of hands-on experience in product analytics (for web or mobile applications)
- Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in query languages for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- B1+ level of English
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and refine a product analytics infrastructure and documentation using tools such as Amplitude, or similar to ensure a structured approach to data tracking.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in user behavior, and assess the impact of new features and updates.
- Extract and process data using query languages, drawing insights from databases (e.g., MongoDB) to support data-driven decision-making, and visualize results through dashboards.
- Define, track, and analyze key product and marketing metrics to effectively monitor product performance and user behavior.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of marketing and product performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA) and their interdependencies
- Understanding of Product Management frameworks
