We're seeking a passionate and skilled Tech Lead to join our mission. This role offers the unique opportunity to become a co-founder or work as a freelancer, shaping the future of our innovative platform.

     

    Your Role 🧑‍💻

    As our Tech Lead, you'll drive the development and deployment of our cutting-edge app, ensuring a seamless user experience. Whether you're looking to join as a co-founder or contribute as a freelancer, your expertise will be crucial in taking PickEat to the next level.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead the tech team, providing guidance and mentorship to our developers.
    • Oversee end-to-end development, from front-end to back-end and mobile apps.
    • Streamline deployment processes and ensure high-quality code standards.
    • Architect scalable infrastructure to support our growing user base.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute our technical roadmap.

     

    What You Bring 🤹

    • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
    • Strong expertise in React Native, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a remote team.
    • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
