THE ROLE

You'll own recruiting end-to-end — that's the core of this role. Everything else (onboarding, contracts, KPIs, payroll ops) is secondary. You're the person who builds the pipeline, qualifies candidates, and hands only the strongest ones to the CEO. You report directly to the founder.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

— Own the full recruiting cycle across all open roles: sourcing, screening, assessments, reference checks, closing

— Hire for the roles that matter most to us: Creative Strategists, Media Buyers (Meta / Google / Amazon), Performance Marketing leads

— Track your own metrics: volume of closed roles, time-to-fill, retention of placed candidates

— Onboard new hires from day one and manage the full employee lifecycle

— Coordinate KPIs with department heads and keep them aligned with company goals
— Own HR ops: contracts, payroll, leave — clean, compliant, no surprises

— Strong recruiting track record in DTC / Ecom or performance marketing companies — this is the #1 filter

— Experience closing roles in creative + performance org structures (strategists, media buyers, growth leads)

THE ROLE

You'll take creative briefs from our Creative Strategist and produce polished, performance-ready video ads — fast. You're expected to use AI tools as part of your workflow and deliver without hand-holding.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
— Receive briefs from the Creative Strategist and execute from start to finish

— Edit and produce 10–20 ad concepts per week

— Handle captions, b-roll, visual overlays, and all post-production

— Prepare every deliverable to IEDC structure (Intro, Engagement, Detail, CTA)

— Implement feedback quickly and stay on schedule

— Comfortable using AI tools to speed up your workflow

COMPENSATION

Starting at $2,500/month for 10–20 concepts per week. As your quality and output improve, salary grows up to $5,000/month. Performance bonuses available on top of base.

This is a full-time role — no freelance or side engagements to start.

ABOUT COMPANY
We are a 7-figure/month DTC health supplement 7-figure/month brand. We move fast, work async, and make every creative decision based on data. The team is lean, the output is high, and the bar is set accordingly.

THE ROLE

You'll build and own the UGC creator pipeline from scratch — sourcing, briefing, and managing 25+ active creators producing performance ad content for Meta and Google campaigns.

This is not a social media manager or casting agent role. You sit between creative strategy and production — you understand why UGC works in paid ads, how to brief creators so content doesn't look like an ad, and how to use performance data to improve what gets made next.
 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

— Source and qualify UGC creators across TikTok, Instagram, Billo, JoinBrands, Insense, Fiverr, Bounty, Whop
— Build and maintain a creator database of 25+ active creators — diverse in age, demographic, lifestyle, and persona 
— Write clear, detailed creator briefs: hook direction, key message, CTA, tone, do's/don'ts, reference examples 
— Manage full production pipeline: brief → delivery → revisions → handoff to editing team 
— Track creator status in CRM (brief sent / content received / revisions / approved)
 — Work with Head of Growth and Head of Creatives to feed performance data back into content direction 
— Flag high-performing creators for deeper partnerships (retainer, exclusivity, more volume) 
— Target: 125+ raw videos delivered in the first month
 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— 1+ year of proven experience sourcing and managing UGC creators — not learning on the job — Existing creator network or personal contacts — you come in with a pipeline, not starting from zero 
— Strong brief-writing skills — clear, actionable instructions that non-professional creators actually understand
— Organized enough to manage 25+ creator relationships simultaneously without dropping balls 
— Familiar with UGC platforms: Billo, JoinBrands, Insense, Fiverr, Bounty, Whop 
— Performance-oriented mindset — content is a means to a business outcome, not an aesthetic exercise
 

Strong bonus:

— DTC / ecom experience — health, wellness, supplements, or beauty — Understanding of Meta Ads performance creative and how UGC performs in feed ads 
— Experience with AI-generated UGC tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs)

— $10,000/month ($5,000 base + $5,000 performance bonus tied to KPIs)

The Role

You’ll be producing high-converting video ads at scale — UGC, AI-generated content, and VSL-style creatives for Meta. The goal: ~60 minutes of finished video per month, with minimal revisions needed.

You’ll work from detailed briefs written by a dedicated Creative Strategist, with structured feedback loops and clear direction. No guessing what the client wants — every brief is specific, every iteration is data-driven.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

— Edit UGC, AI-generated, and VSL-type video ads for Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
— Perform post-production: cutting, titling, color correction, after-effects, sound mixing
— Edit and create long-form video content using recorded footage and in-house graphics
— Produce engaging short-form content for Facebook, YouTube, and other marketing channels — Deliver high volume of polished videos with little to no revisions
— Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Creative Director on iterations and new concepts
— Know enough about video editing to speak the language and spot problems early

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re open on niche background — you don’t need ecom experience specifically. What matters is speed, quality, and the ability to take a brief and turn it into a scroll-stopping ad.

— 1+ year of experience as a Video Editor producing ad creatives or performance content 
— Strong skills in post-production: editing, color correction, motion graphics, sound design 
— Experience editing UGC-style content, VSLs, or direct response video ads
— Ability to work fast and deliver polished output with minimal revision cycles
— Comfortable working from detailed creative briefs and structured feedback
— English B2+ — working proficiency for daily communication

Strong bonus:

— Experience in ecom, supplements & skincare advertising 
— Familiarity with Meta Ads creative formats and best practices 
— Experience with AI-powered editing tools and workflows

THE ROLE

You’ll own the creative output for one brand — not five, not ten. One. That means deep context, sharp angles, and briefs that actually move the needle.

Your job is to produce ~20 detailed creative briefs per week, coach video editors on execution, and constantly iterate based on ad account data. You’re the bridge between performance data and creative execution.

DAY TO DAY, YOU WILL:

— Spot winning creative formats and hooks trending across Meta and social platforms 
— Write detailed, actionable briefs that editors can run with — no ambiguity, no fluff 
— Analyze ad account performance and turn data into creative iterations
— Give structured, specific feedback to video editors and push their output higher

— Work directly with the Head of Growth and Creative Director on strategy and testing 
— Stay sharp on AI tools, trends, and new production workflows
— Know enough about video editing to speak the language and spot problems early

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This isn’t an entry-level role. We need someone who’s been in the trenches and knows what a winning ad looks like before it launches.

— 1+ year as a Creative Strategist or Creative Producer in ecom
— E-commerce experience is non-negotiable — DTC brands or ecom-focused agencies
— Proven work in Tier-1 markets (US, UK, CA, AU, EU) with $1M+ lifetime ad spend supported 
— Deep understanding of Meta Ads as a platform
— English B2+ — working proficiency for daily communication

Strong bonus:

— Experience in supplements & skincare — you’ll stand out immediately

— Background at a top DTC brand or a high-performance creative agency 
— Actively following creative trends, ad libraries, and growth frameworks
