    We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us generate qualified leads and book meetings. You'll earn a base salary + 5% Commission on any deals closed from your leads.
     

    βœ… What You'll Do:

    • Prospect and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or other channels
    • Set up and manage Email Campaigns
    • Qualify leads and set up meetings with our team
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies
    • Track outreach and results in our CRM
       

    πŸ’° Compensation:

    • 5% commission on every closed deal from your leads
       
      Base Salary:
    • We offer a starting base salary during probation, with a significant raise after successful completion.

      Performance bonuses available:
    • Extra $200 if you hit 12 qualified meetings/month
    • Extra $700 if you hit 3+ closed deals/month
    • Extra $500 on top if you hit 6+ closed deals/month

    • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound prospecting
    • Strong communication skills β€” comfortable writing cold emails and LinkedIn messages
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter)
    • Comfortable working in a remote, commission-based role with a small fixed retainer
    • Good English skills required (non-native speakers with strong communication skills are welcome)
