Oxford Biolabs was founded in September 2009 by scientists previously based at Oxford University, one of the world’s leading centres for biochemical research. Our mission is to formulate novel health and beauty therapies in their fields of interest to extend the quality of people’s lives.

Currently, Oxford Biolabs are at various stages of research and development with products relating to androgenetic alopecia, hair pigmentation, rejuvenation, and skin care.

Our flagship product TRX2 Molecular Food Supplement for Hair was first introduced to the market in 2011 following years of intensive research. In 2015 the patent-pending TRX2 formula was then made available in the form of two topical solutions TRX2 Revitalizing Hair Lotion and TRX2 Revitalizing Hair Foam. They have also developed Melaniq Food Supplement for Hair Pigmentation a solution for people who would like to prevent greying hair.

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse marketing channels, driving brand growth, and achieving high ROI. This role will oversee both the PPC Manager and the Campaign Manager, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing strategies across all platforms.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Execute our existing and evolving B2C Playbook while also shaping and improving it.
    • Build and manage B2B eCommerce initiatives using Shopify Plus and its built-in technologies.
    • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of the PPC Manager and Campaign Manager to ensure aligned and effective marketing campaigns.
    • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, postal marketing, social media, and traditional print ads.
    • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions. 
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and high ROI.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and marketing materials.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovations. 
       

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing management, with a focus on multi-channel campaigns. 
    • experience working with foreign markets (B2C, B2B)
    • Proven track record of driving brand growth and achieving high ROI. 
    • Experience in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, Mailchimp, Zendesk, Shopify, and CRM systems.

    • Identify and establish relationships with potential exclusive distributors and retail clients.
    • Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements and manage revenue.
    • Manage and support existing distributor and retail relationships.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Provide product training and support to distributors and retail clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Medical degree (D-r) or advanced degree in a related scientific field.

    • A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and beauty market.

Utilizing advanced AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, the Lead Generator will be responsible for generating qualified leads and initiating communication with potential partners.
     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify potential international distributors.
    • Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify leads that align with our product portfolio.
    • Initiate contact with identified leads through writing, calls, and video calls.
    • Maintain prolonged focus and attention to detail while working with large data sets to find the right distributors.
    • Conduct several rounds of communication, including initial calls or video meetings, to qualify leads.
    • Schedule and book video meetings between qualified leads and the International Sales Director.
