We are looking for a Senior or Lead Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in React Native and Python (FastAPI) to join our team. You’ll take ownership of both mobile frontend and backend development, helping us build scalable, high-performance solutions for a rapidly growing product.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Frontend: Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native (iOS/Android).
• Backend: Develop APIs and backend logic using Python (FastAPI).
• Architecture: Design clean, scalable, and maintainable systems.
• Code Quality: Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Optimization: Ensure performance across frontend and backend.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Leadership (if Lead level): Provide technical direction and mentorship.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with React Native (React experience is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience with Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of API architecture (REST, WebSockets).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.

Nice to have: experience with Next.js, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps mindset.

We are looking for a Lead React Native Engineer who can drive the development of our mobile product and take ownership of frontend architecture. You will lead the mobile team, collaborate closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders, and occasionally contribute to backend logic built with Python (FastAPI).

 What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of mobile applications using React Native (iOS/Android).
• Define and maintain a scalable frontend architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship high-quality features.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and uphold best practices.
• Ensure performance, stability, and maintainability of the mobile app.
• Occasionally support or extend backend functionality (APIs, integration logic) in Python (FastAPI).
• Drive tech decisions and influence product development from an engineering perspective.

 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with React Native.
• Experience building and deploying production-level mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with mobile app architecture, navigation, animations, performance optimization.
• Good understanding of Python (FastAPI) and ability to work with backend code.
• Familiarity with API design (REST/WebSocket), testing, and versioning.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
• Leadership mindset: proactive, responsible, capable of mentoring others.
