We are looking for:
A proactive Sales Manager who doesn’t wait for tasks but creates them.
We need the specialist who can bring in top-tier clients and build long-term relationships with them.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing and client support
- Actively communicate with business owners, CEOs, and CMOs
- Generate leads across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, professional platforms)
- Analyze and participate in tenders, prepare and submit tender documentation
- Present company services and prepare tailored commercial proposals
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting
- Support and grow the partner network
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (marketing/advertising/digital background is a plus).
- Hands-on experience in lead generation.
- Proven experience in preparing and submitting tender applications.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
