Main Responsibilities:

• Write and update user guides, API docs, release notes, etc.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and complete.
• Work independently and with global teams on dynamic projects.

• Requirements:
• 5+ years as a technical writer (software/hardware)
• Advantage: storage domain knowledge, technical background
• Excellent written/verbal communication; native-level English
• Strong technical writing and editing skills
• Able to extract and organize complex technical info
• Self-managed, proactive, results-driven
• Experience with component-based CMS (e.g., Paligo – advantage)

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, graphics tools

Requirements:

• Experience in Python or/and Bash/PowerShell Automation Testing for at least 5 years.
• Deep understanding of Computer systems / Operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).
• Knowledge of File Systems (NAS) / Block-level Storage - big advantage.
• Knowledge of Storage Network protocols (NFS/SMB/S3) - big advantage.
• Knowledge and skills Active Directory and LDAP - an advantage.

• Experience in the development of network, storage, server, or virtualization management systems — an advantage
• Development experience in Databases, protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.)
• English, sufficient for interviews and participation in meetings (B2).

• Ability to drive UI/UX development providing guidance to UI/UX designers.
