As a UI/UX Product Designer at novlasoft, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective user interfaces and experiences for our software products. You will work closely with product managers, developers to ensure our products are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Work within brand guidelines to create visually appealing and cohesive designs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
