Професійні навички:

• досвід роботи на позиції розробника PHP+MySQL від 3-х років
• Знання PHP 7.3 / 8.3, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• розуміння основних принципів рефакторінга та чистого кода
• досвід написання Unit тестів
• досвід роботи з сервісами AWS

Буде плюсом

• знання GoLang, Python
• знання сучасних програмних архітектур (MVC, MVVM, Microservices, Asynchronous application)
• досвід роботи з системами віртуалізації (docker)
• вміння працювати з вимогами (Аналіз / Декомпозиція)
• вміння писати інтеграційні тести
• досвід в Open Source проєктах

We’re inviting a Business Development Manager to join our team and lead expansion into the Asian market.

Professional Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience working with international companies (preferably in logistics or e-commerce)
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and results-oriented approach
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Chinese language
• Understanding of the Chinese e-commerce market

• Ability to build trust and connect with clients

Your responsibilities will include:

• Expanding Nova Global’s client base in the Asian markets
• Working in CRM: creating accounts, updating deal statuses, recording communication
• Building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and partners
• Leading onboarding and initial support for new clients
• Collaborating with the global sales team to develop and implement effective strategies
• Coordinating with operations, finance, and marketing departments to execute initiatives
• Reporting regularly to leadership on achievements, challenges, and next steps
