We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join and lead our small team working on an innovative on-demand, interactive self-touring platform in the US Real Estate industry.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience crafting JavaScript-stack applications in production with Node.JS and/or Angular / React.
- 2+ years of experience working full-stack on both frontend and backend/cloud.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experienced in GraphQL and RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with end-to-end project ownership (request to delivery)
- Focus on the business value provided first, proper code second, and all the rest third.
- Experience working with non-technical business stakeholders
- You Take a thoughtful, practical approach to problem-solving that considers tradeoffs and avoids over-engineering.
About the Role
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be taking over a lead in the project:
- You’ll be responsible for regular communication with US-based client and their team
- Schedule feature development according to milestone goals and priorities
- Scope out and estimate features and requests, in close engagement with the whole team
- Keep track of the short-term and long-term development plans, ensuring team capacity is used fully
- Guide the team technically, and be free to choose the right tool for the job
- Make sure the whole team has the context of what’s going on with the platform and is interchangeable
Your effectiveness in this role will be related to:
- Your curiosity to gain business and technical context to determine the efficient level of engineering investment for project scope.
- Your ability to learn quickly and switch contexts productively in a highly collaborative development environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams through clear communication.
