    As we expand our sales team, we are looking for a Lead Generator to help us attract potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach. If you excel in prospecting and outreach, have a keen eye for identifying high-quality leads, and are motivated by measurable results, we’d love to hear from you!

    What You’ll Do

    Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
    • Create targeted prospect lists and conduct in-depth research for hyper-personalized outreach.
    • Generate a steady pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.
    • Manage up to 300-400 leads in nurturing phases with quarterly priority reviews.

    Outreach & Initial Engagement

    • Craft compelling outreach messages via LinkedIn, email, and Upwork proposals.
    • Engage with prospects, uncovering their needs and interests.
    • Set up discovery calls for the Sales Manager with qualified leads.
    • Use call-to-actions (CTAs) that initiate meaningful conversations.

    CRM & Pipeline Management

    • Log all lead interactions in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
    • Categorize leads into statuses (Interested, Objection, Nurturing, Disqualified) and track progress.
    • Monitor and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience

    • 1.5+ years in lead generation, preferably in mobile app development, software development, or IT services.
    • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Upwork lead generation.
    • Proficiency in email outreach automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).

    Skills

    • Advanced English proficiency (C1+) for effective communication with international clients.
    • Strong copywriting skills for engaging outreach messages.
    • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage a high volume of leads while staying organized and focused.

    Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) & Expectations

    We are looking for a Lead Generator who aligns with industry benchmarks:

    • 500+ new leads added to the pipeline per month.
    • 25+ Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per month.
    • 5+ Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month.
    • Interested Reply to MQL Conversion: 40-50%.
    • MQL to SQL Conversion: 15-30%.
    • Nurtured Leads to MQL Conversion Rate: 0.1-0.3%.
    • New vs. Nurtured MQL Ratio: 50/50, 30/70, or 10/90 depending on stage.
    • Zero overdue tasks on a weekly basis.

    • LinkedIn, Upwork – lead sourcing & outreach.
    • Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Helper, Snov.io, Snow.io – automation & prospecting.
    • HubSpot (CRM) – pipeline and lead management.

    • Month 4-6: Achieve 20-25 MQLs per month, maintain a healthy balance of new and nurtured leads, and align with conversion benchmarks.
