AdShip is a Dutch agency running Google Ads for 34 dropshipping and D2C stores, with around EUR 200,000 in monthly ad spend across the accounts. We are looking for one person to own that delivery. You are being hired to become the person who runs AdShip. The owner does that today and wants to hand it over. Within six to twelve months you own delivery end to end and the title becomes COO.

The job has three parts

• Watch the AI. Most small accounts are optimised by an automated layer that makes changes on its own inside guardrails. You read every run, judge whether the change was right, and tighten the guardrails when it was not.
• Run the big accounts yourself: structure, bidding, budget, scaling.
• Steer one part-time specialist and review his work.

On top of that comes the part nobody is doing right now: making the service better. We want someone who says on his own that a client has a landing page problem rather than a Google Ads problem, that a product feed is leaving search volume on the table, or that the money is in the checkout. Proposals, not reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years Google Ads for e-commerce, with Shopping, Performance Max and product feeds
• Personally responsible for EUR 80,000+ monthly ad spend
• Able to name concrete results: account, ROAS, what you changed, what happened
• You have proposed something outside of ads to a client and know how it turned out
• English C1: you write client updates and run client calls
• Experience managing someone or building a process
• Strong in Sheets, comfortable with scripts
• 5+ hours overlap with CET

Nice to have

Shopify, Merchant Center suspensions, dropshipping or fast moving D2C, CRO, n8n or similar automation, Meta Ads.

What we offer

EUR 3,000 to 5,000 per month depending on experience, fixed monthly fee with no variable component, full time, reviewed after six months. We are not asking you to bring accounts or clients with you. Freelance contract, monthly invoicing, fully remote. A built system to work with: an automated optimisation layer, scaling rules tested on 30+ accounts, the Mike Rhodes PMax script, automated weekly reporting, written playbooks.
