Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with strong manual testing skills and basic experience in test automation or a strong willingness to learn automation. The role involves ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our products through thorough manual testing while gradually contributing to automated test coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications, APIs, and backend systems
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and checklists
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues meet acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to clarify requirements
• Execute basic API testing (e.g., using Postman or similar tools)
• Perform basic database validation using SQL queries
• Assist in maintaining and improving QA documentation and testing processes

• Gradually contribute to automated tests under guidance (UI and/or API)

   

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience writing clear and structured test cases and bug reports
• Basic knowledge of API testing and understanding of HTTP principles
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

We are seeking a talented and experienced Zoho CRM Developer to join our team. This role is crucial for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, customization, and administration of Zoho CRM and its integration with other business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom features, modules, and fields within Zoho CRM to meet specific business requirements.
  • Write and implement Deluge scripting (Zoho’s proprietary language) to create custom functions, automate workflows, and build complex business logic.
  • Configure and maintain workflow rules, blueprints, validation rules, assignment rules, and security profiles (roles, profiles, sharing settings).
• System Integration:
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) and third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.
• Administration & Maintenance:
  • Perform regular system audits, data cleanup, and data migration tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity, system performance, security settings, and backups.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all Zoho CRM related issues for end-users.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
  • Work closely with stakeholders and department heads to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including development plans, user guides, and training materials.

  • Create custom reports and dashboards within Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics to provide actionable business insights.

     

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and administering Zoho CRM.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting is mandatory.
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM's capabilities, limitations, and module structures.
  • Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP) and web services.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data migration best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other Zoho One applications (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk).
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for developing custom widgets or portals.
• Zoho Certified Developer or Administrator status.
• Experience with large-scale data migrations and system rollouts.

About the Role

We are looking for a strong UX/UI Designer who can independently transform business requirements into scalable, user-centered design solutions. This role requires deep UX thinking, systems mindset, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

You will work on complex product flows, validate hypotheses, and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and product goals into clear UX solutions independently
• Design complex user flows, edge cases, and interaction patterns
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Build and improve scalable design systems (tokens, components, variants)
• Maintain and evolve existing design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, and Developers
• Present and justify design decisions using data, research, and usability principles
• Validate design solutions through research, product metrics, and experimentation (A/B testing is a plus)
• Ensure high-quality implementation together with engineering
   

Requirements
 

UX Expertise

• Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design patterns
• Experience designing complex product logic and multi-step flows
• Ability to work with hypotheses and product metrics
• Experience validating design decisions with data and user research

Design Systems

• Proven experience working with scalable design systems
• Deep understanding of design consistency and cross-platform alignment
• Experience collaborating with developers to ensure design implementation quality

Collaboration & Communication

• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Analysts, and Developers
• Ability to confidently present and defend design decisions
• Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving product environments

Tools

• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variables, auto-layout, design systems)
• Experience with Framer or similar prototyping tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus
• Understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is an advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-growing product environments (e.g., fintech, SaaS, marketplaces)
• Experience running usability testing sessions
