We are also participating in this process and would like to consolidate our position in the sector of fintech experts.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Director who is passionate about building and developing the company’s sales force. The key to success is finding and closing relevant partnerships.

Requirements:

— 5+ years of experience in technology/outsourcing sales, ideally in a high volume, fast-paced sales environment;

— Successful business development management experience in the FinTech industry with a focus on the UK;

— Proven experience in prospecting in SaaS/Enterprise;

— In-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals;

— Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills;

— Possibility to travel;

— Permanent residence in London;

— English — an Advanced level.

Will be plus:

— Higher education in business or international relations;.

— Effective cooperation experience with the delivery/development team, alignment of the client expectations and the company’s capabilities;

— Work with tender documentation, RFI, RFP preparation; 

— Ability to close complicated sales cycles, including collaboration with procurement, internal client’s functions, following the appropriate approval processes.

Responsibilities:

— Responsible for the sales process in the company;

— Сlose cooperation with the Lead Generation team;

— Achieve sales targets set by management;

— Develop individual customer acquisition strategy;

— Manage all pre-sales support activities;

— Communicating with customers to understand their needs and explain the value of the company’s services, conducting introductory and demonstration meetings with new customers, and establishing strong cooperative relationships;

— Market development: the continuous search for new partnership opportunities and markets.

— Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers by conducting a detailed needs analysis,

— Act with customers in mind and establish effective and long-term relationships based on trust and respect;

— Maintain accurate forecasts and efficiently maintain a database with detailed and accurate notes on all sales-related activities.

Команда NerdySoft продовжує зростати та зараз запрошує до співпраці досвідченого Full Stack Engineer (PHP/JS) , що матиме змогу долучитись до розробки фінтех продукту в галузі кредитування для одного з наших американським замовників.

Основні вимоги:

— Впевнене володіння PHP (від 4+ років досвіду для Middle рівня, від 6+ для Senior рівня) — у контексті WordPress це переважно робота з хуками, фільтрами, REST API;
— Знання HTML, CSS, JavaScript на рівні, необхідному для створення та кастомізації інтерфейсів WordPress;
— Розуміння структури бази даних MariaDB та вміння працювати з нею;
— Хороші комунікаційні навички — здатність ефективно взаємодіяти з замовниками та командою;
— Рівень англійської — B2 або вище.

Буде плюсом:

— Досвід розробки з WordPress: створення тем, кастомізація плагінів, робота з кастомним функціоналом;
— Досвід роботи з плагіном Elementor;
— Базові знання Python;
— Розуміння специфіки фінтех-домену;
— Досвід створення Gutenberg блоків або розширення редактора.

Обов’язки:

— Розробка та підтримка кастомних тем і плагінів для WordPress, використовуючи сучасні підходи в PHP;
— Оптимізація продуктивності проєктів: кешування, рефакторинг PHP-коду, оптимізація запитів до бази даних, lazy loading;
— Інтеграція з REST API, сторонніми сервісами та внутрішніми бекенд-системами;
— Підтримка існуючого коду: відлагодження, профілювання, усунення помилок, забезпечення відповідності стандартам безпеки;
— Написання unit-тестів та автоматизоване тестування функціоналу (з використанням WP CLI, PHPUnit або схожих інструментів).
