We are a Ukrainian Defense Tech company building next-generation autonomous ground systems. Our team combines expertise in Robotics, AI, embedded systems, and autonomous navigation, including engineers with experience from global technology and DeepTech companies.

We are looking for an experienced Robotics Software Engineer to join the development of a new autonomous platform currently progressing through intensive R&D and real-world testing.

What you'll do

• Develop software for autonomous robotic systems operating in challenging environments
• Design and improve perception, localization, mapping, and navigation capabilities
• Build reliable real-time software running on edge computing platforms
• Integrate sensors, cameras, and hardware components into autonomous systems
• Work across the full development cycle, from simulation and prototyping to field deployment
• Analyze system performance and improve reliability during real-world testing
• Collaborate on system architecture and technical decision-making
   

What we're looking for

• Strong Python and/or C++ development skills
• Experience building software for robotics, autonomous systems, drones, vehicles, or embedded platforms
• Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 or similar robotics frameworks
• Experience with sensors, cameras, localization, mapping, or navigation systems
• Understanding of real-time software and deployment on edge hardware
• Comfortable debugging complex systems that interact with physical hardware
• Linux development experience

• Computer vision and image processing
• SLAM, localization, sensor fusion, or state estimation
• Autonomous navigation and path planning
• Jetson, embedded GPU platforms, or edge AI deployment

Ідеальний кандидат має:

• 5+ років досвіду в B2B Sales, Business Development або Partnerships (пріоритет: Defense, GovTech, IT або DeepTech).
• Досвід побудови комерційних та партнерських процесів з нуля.

• Розуміння специфіки оборонного сектору України, екосистеми Brave1, взаємодії з Міністерством оборони та процедур кодифікації.

   

Посадові обов'язки:

• Стратегічне планування: Спільно з фаундерами розробляти комерційну та go-to-market стратегію (ціноутворення, продуктові пакети, пріоритетні канали розповсюдження).
• Партнерства: Розвивати та закривати стратегічні партнерства з виробниками НРК та інтеграторами.
• Взаємодія із ЗСУ: Вести системну роботу з бригадами та профільними підрозділами, вибудовувати довгострокові відносини та збирати якісний фідбек.

• B2G та закупівлі: Орієнтуватися в процесах держзакупівель, тендерах та грантових програмах.

   

Необхідні компетенції:

• Глибоке розуміння оборонної екосистеми України (Brave1, Міноборони, Мінцифри, закупівлі).
• Орієнтація в процесах кодифікації та введення в експлуатацію військової техніки.
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними фондами та закриття грантових заявок (буде суттєвою перевагою).
• Системне мислення: вміння бачити глобальну стратегію за щоденною тактикою.

• Розуміння специфіки масштабування виробництва Hard+Soft продуктів.

Шукаємо Systems Integration Engineer. Ваша роль буде ключовою у поєднанні «заліза», польотних контролерів, мережевої інфраструктури та інтелектуальних систем обробки відео в єдину надійну екосистему.

Основні завдання:

• Інтеграція та налаштування систем керування: Робота з екосистемою ArduPilot (Rover), конфігурація параметрів для специфічних платформ.
• Розгортання мережевої інфраструктури: Налаштування стабільного зв'язку між дроном та наземною станцією (GCS) через IP-мережі. Організація прокидання (tunneling) MAVLink та інших протоколів.
• Робота з периферією: Підключення та калібрування сенсорів (акселерометри, компаси, далекоміри) та радіосистем керування (зокрема ELRS).
• Відео та Computer Vision: Інтеграція систем передачі потокового відео та впровадження алгоритмів обробки зображень за допомогою OpenCV.
• Польові випробування: Тестування інтегрованих систем у реальних умовах, налагодження взаємодії компонентів та усунення помилок.

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Досвід з ArduPilot/PX4: Глибоке розуміння архітектури, вміння працювати з Mission Planner / QGroundControl.
• Знання MAVLink: Розуміння структури протоколу та досвід маршрутизації пакетів між різними вузлами мережі.
• Networking: Впевнені знання стеку TCP/IP, досвід роботи з VPN, маршрутизацією та передачею даних через нестабільні канали зв'язку.
• Програмування: Досвід роботи з Python або C++ для написання скриптів автоматизації та обробки даних.
• Computer Vision (OpenCV): Досвід захоплення, кодування та базової обробки відеопотоків у реальному часі.
• Hardware Skills: Розуміння роботи електронних компонентів, досвід пайки та роботи з вимірювальними приладами (мультиметр, осцилограф).

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи з технологіями Stereo Vision, датчиками оптичного потоку (Optical Flow) та системами обхідних перешкод.
• Знання методів сегментації зображень та об'єктної детекції (YOLO тощо).
• Досвід роботи з ROS / ROS2 (Robot Operating System).
• Розуміння специфіки радіозв'язку, налаштування потужності та частотних сіток ELRS.
• Досвід роботи з Linux-системами на рівні впевненого користувача/адміністратора (Ubuntu Server, Raspberry Pi, Jetson).

We tackle complex engineering challenges in environments where any failure comes at a high cost. We are looking for an engineer to develop a new product currently in the R&D stage and actively undergoing field testing in Ukraine.

What you'll do

• Develop and improve computer vision and autonomous navigation algorithms
• Build and optimize CV pipelines for real-time operation
• Optimize model inference for edge compute hardware
• Design and run tests — from simulation through to real hardware in the field
• Integrate software components with hardware platforms

• Contribute to sensor and camera selection and system architecture decisions alongside the team

   

What we need from you

• Python and C++ at production level
• ROS / ROS2: building and maintaining nodes, system debugging
• Computer vision pipeline: OpenCV, real-time video, stereo processing, depth estimation
• SLAM experience — ORB-SLAM, RTAB-Map, OpenVINS, or equivalent
• Experience with autonomous platform control systems (ArduPilot, PX4, or equivalent)
• Model deployment on edge hardware (Jetson, RPi, or equivalent)

• Comfortable with real hardware: sensor calibration, field debugging
