We are looking for a Mobile App Analyst to join our team! If you have a passion for data, enjoy uncovering insights, and want to contribute to the success of a mobile product, this role is for you. You will play a key role in analyzing product performance, optimizing event systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements for creating new events in the mobile app.
• Developing analytical reports and documentation.
• Setting up, testing, updating, and improving the event system.
• Supporting and analyzing A/B tests, drawing conclusions based on data.
• Monitoring key product metrics (LTV, ROI, ARPU, ARPPU, etc.).
• Creating dashboards with KPIs, identifying insights, and providing recommendations for product development.
• Collaborating with development, design, marketing, and product teams.
• Analyzing competitor solutions and market trends.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a mobile app analyst.
• Deep knowledge of product analytics and key metrics (LTV, ROI, ARPU, ARPPU, etc.).
• Experience working with Amplitude and other analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.).
• SQL skills and experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) are a plus.
• Understanding of A/B testing principles and a data-driven approach.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to visualize data and draw conclusions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with APIs and writing database queries.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI and experience with Figma.

• Experience in EdTech.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Product Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about building and improving mobile products, have a data-driven approach, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, we would love to hear from you!  

Job Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development and implementation of the mobile product growth strategy.  
- Formation and management of the product backlog, and task prioritization.  
- Market, competitor, and user need analysis to improve the product.  
- Creating schematic documentation in Miro (flows, logic, etc.).  
- Setting tasks for the development team and monitoring their execution.  
- Collaboration with designers, developers, and marketers to achieve business goals.  
- Formulating hypotheses and conducting A/B testing.  
- Evaluating the effectiveness of solutions based on product metrics and user analytics.  
- Preparing product requirements, including user stories, criteria, and usage scenarios.  

Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a Mobile App Product Manager.  
- Understanding of the full product development cycle (from idea to market launch and further growth).  
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (development, UX/UI, marketing).  
- Knowledge of product analytics basics, experience working with metrics, and their interpretation in Amplitude.  
- Experience in writing requirements and setting tasks for developers.  
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and knowledge of the Scrum framework.  
- Scrum Product Owner Professional certification is a plus.  
- Experience as a business analyst is also an advantage.  
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently defend product decisions.  
- Certification in Amplitude usage training.
