Our current product is simple-to-use lead collection and management system (forms builder + CRM + email automation). 

Also, we provide custom software development services based on our own out-of-box solutions in following niches:

- e-learning

- marketplaces (e-commerce)

- restaurants, hotels, venues (hospitality)

- real estate

- CRM

# Qualifications

- Knowledge of React.js, Webpack, Native.js

- 1+ years of commercial experience in development

- practical experience with SOLID

- knowledge of Git

Nice to have:

- knowledge of Docker;

- usage of testing (Jest)

# Qualifications

- 1+ year of commercial experience using Golang

- practical experience with SOLID

- knowledge of Git

- Docker, Linux (*nix), shell;

- databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis/Memcached)

- experience with queues (RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka)

- be sure to be able to test your code

- understanding of hexagonal/microservice/service architecture

We are looking for PM/QA for a long time cooperation to build outstanding products for our clients and for ourself. It is perfect position to QA that wants to switch into Project Management or for PM that loves building processes and is feels fine about testing what the team had developed. Mostly, it is PM position with some manual QA responsibilities

Key tasks:

- Setting up project management and quality assurance processes

- Organizing and managing project boards (we use Notion)

- Documenting tasks

- Leading and directing software development teams to deliver projects within the constraints of scope, schedule, and quality

- Testing the system before the releases (web, ios, android)

- Leading stand-up daily meetings with the team

- Estimating development efforts with the team

- Writing user instructions for clients

Requirements:

- 1+ year of commercial experience managing software development projects and 1+ year of commercial experience in manual QA

- Understanding of web-application development (frontend, backend, client-server architecture, etc.)

- Upper-intermediate level of English (sometimes you will need to show demo to client)

- Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban and hybrids)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
