Who you are:
 

• 1+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Fluent English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher) — written and spoken.
• Strong skills in preparing project proposals (timelines, budgets, risk analysis).
• Ability to turn client ideas into clear and structured technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with task-tracking tools (JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  
  What you’ll be doing:
   
• Communicating directly with clients, refining and clarifying project requirements.
• Setting clear project objectives, scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Preparing detailed project documentation and technical specifications.
• Leading the production process through the entire project lifecycle.
• Daily progress tracking and transparent reporting.
• Ensuring projects stay on time and within budget at every stage.
• Supporting, managing, and mentoring team members toward success.

MintyMint шукає Brand Voice Assistant — людину, яка допоможе нашому бренду звучати голосно, стильно та переконливо 🌍

💡 Що ти робитимеш:

• Створювати контент для соцмереж (переважно LinkedIn) за допомогою AI — ми навчимо 😉
• Писати тексти для сайту, оновлювати блоки про кейси, слідкувати за tone of voice
• Працювати з фідбеком від клієнтів (Google, Clutch тощо), систематизувати його та публікувати
• Співпрацювати з командою маркетингу й проджект-менеджерами, щоб посилювати бренд і репутацію

✅ Що важливо:

• Англійська на рівні B2+ — ти вмієш не лише читати, а й формулювати власну думку креативно і структурно
• Любов до структури, логіки в текстах і вміння не «лити воду»
• Уважність, проактивність, відкритість до навчання та нового
• Досвід у маркетингу, копірайтингу або PR — буде перевагою, але не обов’язковий
