As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will strengthen our product and technology direction and help us scale and elevate our products to a new level.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes and usage scenarios of parcel lockers and other OOH solutions from the perspective of operators, customers, and end users
• Work with requirements spanning software, hardware, and embedded solutions simultaneously, taking into account the interdependencies between them
• Analyze operational and product data (occupancy, turnover, dwell time, redirections, etc.) to identify opportunities for product and network optimization
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business, user, and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and understandable requirements for technical teams
• Analyze and describe business processes, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Create and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, and other necessary documentation
• Break down complex requirements to a level understandable for technical teams
• Work together with Delivery Managers to define scope of work, priorities, and expected outcomes
• Identify dependencies, constraints, risks, and potential conflicts within requirements
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout their entire lifecycle — from gathering the need to implementation and verification of the result
• Collaborate with developers and technical specialists to clarify requirements and find optimal solutions
• Communicate with international customers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and provide support at all stages of cooperation
• Collaborate with the QA team on preparing test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Participate in team activities necessary for task delivery
• Keep the backlog and its related documentation up to date
• Analyze requirement changes and assess their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and related functionality
• Validate implemented functionality against business requirements and expected outcomes
• Participate in UAT and support stakeholders during functionality acceptance
• Conduct data analysis and use it to validate hypotheses and support product decisions
• Continuously improve processes for working with requirements, documentation, and cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with products combining software, hardware, and/or embedded solutions is a plus
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements (business/functional/non-functional requirements)
• Experience with requirements documentation (User Stories, BRD/FRD, etc.)
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with data and draw product conclusions from it
• Experience working with international customers
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to decompose complex requirements and manage dependencies and risks
• Experience participating in UAT and validating functionality
• English proficiency — B2 or higher

About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to own the delivery of parcel locker solutions for our international B2B customers.

This is a client-facing role focused on understanding customer needs, shaping them into clear requirements, aligning delivery plans with business priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of projects and product capabilities.

The Delivery Manager acts as a key coordination point between the customer, Sales, Product, and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer projects and delivery from initial requirements through implementation, rollout, and further development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international B2B customers and act as one of the key points of contact for delivery-related topics
• Gather, analyze, and structure customer requirements and translate business needs into clear requirements for internal teams
• Define and align project scope, priorities, milestones, and delivery plans with customers and internal stakeholders
• Track overall project progress, commitments, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal Software, Embedded, Hardware, QA, and DevOps teams
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Product Managers to align customer expectations with product strategy and technical capabilities
• Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations, and project reviews
• Support pre-sales activities, including requirements clarification, solution discussions, high-level estimations, and implementation planning
• Coordinate customer-facing releases, rollouts, pilots, and launches
• Prepare and present project status updates, delivery plans, risks, and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders
• Contribute customer insights and delivery experience to product roadmap planning

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, Product Delivery, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience working with international B2B customers
• Strong understanding of software development and technical product delivery
• Ability to gather and structure business and technical requirements
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across Product, Sales, Development, QA, and customer teams
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and general system architecture principles
• Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the internal execution of development projects related to our parcel locker solutions.

This role is primarily focused on the internal development process: coordinating Software, Embedded, DevOps, QA, and other technical teams, managing dependencies and timelines, removing blockers, and ensuring that agreed requirements are delivered according to plan.

The Technical Project Manager works closely with Delivery Managers, who provide customer requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the internal execution of software and technical development projects
• Coordinate the day-to-day work of Software, Embedded/Firmware, DevOps, QA, and other technical teams
• Receive agreed requirements and priorities from Delivery Managers and translate them into actionable development plans
• Break down project scope together with technical teams and coordinate task planning and execution
• Define and track development milestones, dependencies, timelines, and technical deliverables
• Facilitate planning, refinement, technical alignment, and project status meetings
• Identify development risks, dependencies, and blockers and coordinate their resolution
• Ensure alignment between different technical teams involved in the same project or feature
• Work closely with QA to coordinate testing, release readiness, and quality expectations
• Coordinate technical preparation for releases and deployments
• Track development progress and provide clear internal project status updates
• Escalate delivery risks, delays, or scope issues to the Delivery Manager and relevant stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of internal development and delivery processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Software Project Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and development processes
• Hands-on experience working directly with software engineers, DevOps, QA, and/or Embedded teams
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Kanban practices
• Technical understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, networking, and software architecture fundamentals

We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to join our team and become the primary technical contact for our international B2B customers. In this role, you will work directly with customers and their field service engineers, helping them resolve software and hardware-related issues, ensuring smooth system operation, and delivering an outstanding support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to international B2B customers via email, phone, and online meetings.
• Communicate directly with customers' technical teams and field service engineers.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and system integration issues related to parcel locker solutions.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution with internal engineering teams.
• Assist customers during installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of parcel locker systems.
• Support software deployments, upgrades, and system updates.
• Monitor and prioritize support requests to ensure timely resolution according to agreed service levels.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Development, QA, Hardware, or Product teams when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Create and improve knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
• Build long-term relationships with customers by providing professional, responsive, and high-quality technical support.
