Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the lead generation team to identify and source new sales opportunities
- Conduct custom research and targeted outreach to relevant prospects
- Coordinate Email and LinkedIn campaigns, including A/B testing and performance tracking
- Create tailored outreach templates and messaging from scratch
- Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports
- Manage active outreach via Sales Manager profiles
- Book qualified appointments for Sales Managers
- Support the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion
- Maintain and update lead databases in HubSpot
- Assist with live chat interactions on the company website
- Perform other tasks to support the sales cycle and business growth
Requirements
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and outsourcing models
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Reply.io (or similar outreach tools), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, and Live Chat tools
- Proficiency with AI tools, experience in sales automation
- Advanced English (both written and spoken)
- 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or related roles is preferable
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
