Our remit is expanding, and we are looking to grow our research team with the addition of a Senior User Researcher. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned senior researcher, who is keen to lead on a wide breadth of strategic, business-critical projects.

Responsibilities
✔️Collaborate closely with Service Design, Product, and UX teams to shape the overall customer experience.
✔️Own the entire research process, from defining scope to delivering strategic recommendations.
✔️Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, ensuring data is rigorously collected, analyzed, and translated into actionable insights.
✔️Lead high-impact, business-critical projects that drive measurable improvements.
✔️Mentor and guide other researchers within projects, supporting their growth and development.
✔️Develop strong cross-functional relationships to ensure that past research insights drive future outcomes.
✔️Navigate ambiguity by adapting to evolving project needs and priorities.
✔️Engage across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
