What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with clients to gather and clarify project requirements
- Coordinate teams and timelines across design, development, and QA
- Identify and secure the right resources to meet project goals
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks
- Communicate updates, expectations, and deliverables across all levels
- Ensure smooth transitions from development to implementation
Be the go-to person for questions, blockers, and client feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (WordPress, Shopify, or e-commerce projects)
- Strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Organizational wizard with multitasking superpowers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident in handling all project phases from start to finish
Would be a plus:
Background in QA or Development
