What You’ll Do
- Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Iterate based on feedback, data, and collaboration with product and engineering
- Create journey maps and interaction models based on real user behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
- Advocate for user-centered design across the product lifecycle
- Contribute to and evolve the design system and visual standards
- Design clean, modern, and accessible user interfaces for web platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Portfolio that highlights your UX approach, design process, and visually refined UI designs
- Understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Solid English language skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile or iterative development processes is a plus.
- Experience designing for mobile, web, and/or cross-platform applications.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS
