Responsibilities:
— Supporting client orders, providing advice, coordinating work on client orders between departments. 
— Communicating with existing clients on current orders, developing additional proposals for company services. 
— Drafting commercial proposals on request from clients. 
— Preparing analytical articles, news, and legal opinions on request from clients.

Requirements:
— Higher education in law. 
— English language (required) — Upper-intermediate or higher.

Will be a plus:
— Experience working with foreign companies’ incorporation.
