About the Role: As a Digital Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, task management, client fulfillment, and product development. You’ll learn rapidly, contribute new ideas, and help build systems that scale. This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to become a digital maven in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and track digital tasks and fulfillment workflows using tools like Asana, Slack, and AI-powered solutions
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns — email marketing, social media, content creation, and performance tracking
• Communicate with internal teams and clients with clarity, urgency, and discipline
• Identify inefficiencies and propose smarter, faster ways of operating
• Learn on the fly and quickly adopt new tools, platforms, and systems

• Support executive task management and become a master at making things happen fast and right

• Strong academic performance (we love candidates who show discipline and focus!)
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Natural curiosity and hunger to learn — with the ability to become a «maven» in whatever you touch
• Tremendous communication skills (written, verbal, and digital)
• Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience (or strong interest) in digital marketing, growth tactics, and AI workflows
