You’re a marketing strategist and content creator. You understand the power of content to shape brand identity and drive growth, and you know how to execute, not just advise.

You've worked at a digital agency, so you know the pace, standards, and expectations of high-performing teams. You’re confident owning both the plan and the output, with an eye for quality and consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Own our content strategy across social media and blog
• Bring a cohesive vision to how LenGreo shows up online, from tone of voice to visual identity
• Create content yourself: social posts, short-form articles, case studies, and more
• Design visuals using tools like Canva or Figma (nothing too complex — just sharp, clean design)
• Collaborate closely with SEO, PPC, and dev teams to highlight our best work
• Contribute to brand-building efforts, including light PR and awareness campaigns
  
   

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience working at a digital agency
 

✅ Strong copywriting skills and content portfolio (especially B2B or marketing-focused)
 

✅ Hands-on visual content creation (Canva, Figma, etc.)
 

✅ Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
 

✅ Understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals
 

✅ Bonus: Knowledge of PR and thought leadership strategies
 

✅ Fluent Ukrainian and B2+ English proficiency

About the role

You’re not just a writer – you understand how content ranks, converts, and supports a broader marketing strategy. You've worked on SEO-first content that’s built to attract, engage, and convert. Whether it’s a service page, blog post, or landing page, you know how to blend user value with keyword intent, without sounding robotic.

You know how to use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to assist your workflow, but you still write like a human. Clean, scalable, and commercially relevant content is your thing. You’re comfortable publishing on WordPress, working with briefs, and adjusting based on performance data.

What you’ll do

• Write SEO-optimized content for LenGreo and our clients across industries (e.g., B2B SaaS, software development, cybersecurity)
   
• Focus on commercially driven content designed to attract relevant traffic and generate leads
   
• Use AI tools to streamline research and ideation, but write content that feels natural and human
   
• Collaborate with our SEO team on briefs, outlines, and content strategies
   
• Upload and format content in WordPress (basic CMS use, no coding needed)
  
   

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience writing SEO-first marketing content
   
• Understanding of search intent, keyword placement, and on-page optimization best practices
   
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and commercially relevant content in fluent English (C1+)
   
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted writing tools while maintaining original, non-generic tone
   
• Basic WordPress editing/publishing skills
   
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, etc.
   
• Bonus: Experience writing for Marketing, B2B, SaaS, Biotech or Cybersecurity audiences
   
• Fluent Ukrainian and B2+ English
