Lemon.io is a marketplace that connects the top 1% of software engineers with startups in the US and Western Europe. A client tells us who they need, we match a senior engineer in about 24 hours. No job boards, no resume piles, no bidding wars.
We started in Kyiv in 2015. Ten years later, we’ve made 2,000+ hires, paid out more than $10M to developers, and grown a vetted network that now spans Europe, Latin America, the US, and Canada. Ukrainian roots, global game.
The part most people miss:
