Job Description: UI Designer for IOS
Reports To: Design Team Lead / Director
Location: remote
Employment Type: Contract

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer (Strong Junior, Middle) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly websites. Designer will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities (80% of working time)

• Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop consistent design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications
• Collaborate with marketing managers, developers, and product managers to implement design solutions
• Conduct visual design research and stay current with design trends and best practices
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design requirements
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback

• Optimize designs for multiple devices and platforms

   

   

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in IOS Mobile Design is a must. 
• Technical Skills: Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Sketch.
• UI/UX: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping. Ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• English B2+

Motion Designer
 

Location: Remote 

Type: Full-time / Project-based

We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for bringing static designs and concepts to life through animation — creating engaging promo videos, UI animations, and visual stories for mobile applications and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for promo videos, app preview videos for App Store and Google Play Market, social media ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Animate UI elements and interactions for mobile applications (buttons, transitions, gestures, screen flows).
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts based on scripts and marketing briefs.
• Work closely with designers and marketers to translate static visuals into dynamic motion pieces.
• Design and animate typography, infographics, and logo reveals.
• Edit and synchronize video, music, sound effects, and voice-overs.
• Optimize videos for various formats and platforms (App Store, Google Play, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Maintain consistent brand style, animation quality, and timing.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design work (preferably for mobile apps or digital products).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma;
• Solid understanding of timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with AI tools or motion templates to speed up production.
• Sound design skills.
• English — at least intermediate level for internal communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating storyboards and following design guidelines.
• Understanding of app marketing and video trends for mobile stores.
• Ability to create reusable animation systems and style guides.

Knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D.

Marketing designer (remote)

Шукаємо досвідченого графічного дизайнера, який допоможе нам створювати сучасний і ефективний візуальний контент для сdigital-каналів, поліграфії та різних подій.

Типові завдання включатимуть:

• розробку графіки для соцмереж, Google ads, email-розсилок, презентацій;
• дизайн для підтримки B2B івентів (онлайн та офлайн), наружна реклама;
• підготовка простих анімацій для соцмереж (короткі ролики, рухомі елементи, stories);
• дизайн лендингів;
• редагування зображень (ретуш, кольорокорекція, адаптація під різні формати)
• дизайн буклетів, звітів (як для друку так і для розсилок)

А також - участь в розробці іконок та скриншотів для мобільних додатків (виключно графіка, без UI) - до 20 % робочого часу 

Наші очікування:

• 3+ років досвіду у графічному дизайні 
• впевнене володіння Figma та Adobe-пакетом (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects - як суттєвий плюс); inDesign as a must
• web design - як суттєвий плюс
• досвід роботи з В2В digital-проектами (SMM віжуали, маркетингові та рекламні кампанії)
• вміння працювати в динамічному темпі та дотримуватись дедлайнів;
• креативність із чітким фокусом на результат.
