As a Data Analyst, your primary mission is to optimize incoming traffic to increase overall company profit. You’ll analyze funnel performance, identify anomalies, work with CRM data, and deliver strategic insights.

🏆 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze traffic quality, lead statuses, and conversion trends.
• Detect irregular patterns and resolve them quickly.
• Use Google Sheets and CRM tools to generate reports and drive decision-making.
• Provide daily and weekly actionable insights to increase margins.
• Collaborate with finance and account managers to improve traffic allocation.

• Google Sheets (advanced)
• Basic scripting & automation familiarity (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python)

In this role, you'll have the chance to source, engage, and initiate first contact with candidates for various positions. You'll work closely with our recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies fully ​​🔍🤝

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and optimize sourcing strategies
• Identify and attract talent through non-standard resources, social networks, forums, communities, and job sites
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each sourcing channel
• Quickly and efficiently find, analyze, and assess candidate profiles across all levels: from junior to lead roles
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates and ensure continuous engagement
• Provide timely and structured feedback to candidates

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of experience as a Researcher or completion of specialized sourcing courses
• Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray search, and other research techniques
• Proficiency in recruiting tools and platforms
• Expertise in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an international team
• Strong service orientation, adaptability, and a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• At least an Intermediate level of English

Requirements:

🔹 2+ Years Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the affiliate marketing field.

🔹 Experience in affiliate marketing or previous experience with ad launches will be a great advantage❤️‍🔥.

🔹 B2 English level or above, both written and verbal.

🔹 Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.

🔹 Proven ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Provide prompt, effective support aligned with company standards via chat, with demo calls upon request.

🔹 Re-engage and retain non-active clients through proactive outreach.

🔹 Work closely with other departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.
