Our product combines:
- a verified driver database (companies can purchase access to contact details),
- a job board,
- a chatbot for drivers, and
- continuously evolving tooling to streamline recruiting and outreach.
We already have organic signups and paying customers. Now we’re looking to scale volume and bring structure to outreach and sales.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Head of Sales who will take ownership of outbound acquisition, drive conversions, and close deals. The outreach engine is already in place, now it needs to be controlled, optimized, and scaled.
You’ll work closely with a junior SDR and technical team who maintain the mechanics. Your job: make it perform and bring in revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Own and improve our outbound sales process (outreach system already set up)
- Monitor and optimize multichannel campaigns
- Personally write, test, and improve outreach sequences
- Engage with warm and cold leads: reply, book calls, follow up, close
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos with inbound and outbound leads
- Work with users who registered but didn’t convert, or churned after trial
- Identify points of friction in the funnel and propose fixes

Requirements
- Full-time availability, remote
- Strong spoken and written English (C1+)
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally full-cycle
- Proven track record in outbound: email, LinkedIn, calls
- Comfortable owning the sales process end-to-end
- Experience working with ICPs, sequences, cold/warm conversion
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable doing the work personally
Compensation
- $3000–$4500/month base
- Performance-based bonuses (discussed individually)
- Option to grow into a leadership role and build your own team
