About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst or Financial Director at Larch Networks.
A Financial Business Analyst / Financial Director at Larch Networks is a key specialist responsible for analyzing financial flows, assessing project profitability, controlling costs, and developing recommendations to improve business efficiency. This role plays an important strategic function, providing management with detailed analytical reports and forecasts for informed decision-making.
We are looking for a specialist based in Israel(preferably) who has a strong knowledge of Israeli laws and is fluent in Hebrew, Russian, and English.
You will interact with various company departments, automate financial processes, and participate in the development and optimization of the financial strategy. Your analytical insights and recommendations will help the company allocate resources efficiently, minimize financial risks, and achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of the company and individual projects.
- Assess the economic efficiency of projects, calculate profitability, return on investment (ROI), and margin.
- Prepare analytical reports and forecasts on revenue, expenses, and the overall financial condition of the company.
- Develop recommendations for cost reduction, profitability increase, and financial process improvement.
- Interact with company management and key departments on financial strategy issues.
- Develop financial models for evaluating future projects and potential risks.
- Monitor financial flows, analyze cash flow, and ensure company liquidity.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project effectiveness.
- Interact with banks and participate in document preparation for loan applications and financial reporting.
- Work with accounting and ERP systems, including Rivhit, as well as Israeli financial platforms.
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or business analytics.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, budgeting methods, and risk analysis.
- Knowledge of Israeli legislation.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
- Experience working with Israeli tax and accounting systems.
- Fluency in Hebrew, Russian, and English.
- Ability to work with large datasets, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills and experience in preparing reports for management.
- Analytical and critical thinking – ability to work with large datasets, identify key trends, analyze financial risks, and forecast indicators.
