    At Label Your Data, our infrastructure supports distributed teams, large volumes of data, and AI-driven projects for international clients.

    Behind every well-labeled dataset is a system that must be stable, secure, and scalable — and that’s where you come in, joining us in a part-time DevOps Engineer role to help maintain and improve our infrastructure.

    👨‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing
     

    • Maintaining and administering Linux (Ubuntu) servers
    • Automating infrastructure setup and configuration with Ansible
    • Working with Docker (images, containers, networks, volumes)
    • Monitoring system performance and planning resource usage
    • Setting up and maintaining monitoring and alerting (Grafana)
    • Managing backups, recovery processes, and system updates
    • Applying security best practices and handling vulnerabilities
    • Automating routine tasks with scripts
    • Documenting infrastructure and collaborating with development teams to support deployments and CI/CD workflows
       

    🛠️ What We’re Looking For
     

    • Strong experience with Linux administration (Ubuntu), Ansible and Docker
    • Confident use of Git for managing infrastructure code
    • Understanding of server performance monitoring and resource management
    • Experience with backup and recovery procedures
    • Knowledge of basic infrastructure security practices
    • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana)
    • Ability to write scripts (Bash, Python, or similar)
       

    ➕ Nice to Have
     

    • Experience with Docker Compose or Kubernetes
    • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines
