Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner at Knowledge Gate Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our products, driving development, and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring our product vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and create detailed product specifications.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user feedback and market research inform product decisions.
• Work closely with C-level, engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Manage the product backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and conducting regular backlog grooming sessions.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
• Conduct regular product demos and presentations to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and future plans.

• Foster a collaborative and agile development environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Advanced/fluency-level English is required.
