Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer at Knowledge Gate Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product through the development and execution of test plans, identification of bugs, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards throughout the development lifecycle by implementing automated and manual testing strategies, advocating for best practices, and continuously improving quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and provide input on testability and quality risks.
- Develop and maintain automated tests to increase test coverage and efficiency across the software development lifecycle.
- Perform manual testing as needed to validate edge cases, UI/UX, and exploratory scenarios not covered by automation.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting of issues.
- Continuously monitor software performance and reliability through regression testing, load testing, and other QA best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and frameworks to increase team productivity and product quality.
Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization by sharing knowledge, mentoring teammates, and advocating for user-centric testing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, including writing and maintaining test scripts.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Experience working in agile development teams, with a solid understanding of agile principles and QA’s role in the SDLC.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive them to resolution.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Advanced/fluency-level English is required.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a central part in shaping the user experience and interface of our platform, ensuring that our solutions are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the needs of our users in the life sciences sector. This is a hands-on position requiring a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and design execution. As an Intermediate–Senior Designer, you will be involved in the full product design cycle—from user research and concept ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to craft impactful user experiences that drive innovation and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for new features and improvements, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Translate complex requirements and technical concepts into intuitive, user-centered designs that serve our diverse user base.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Advocate for the user at every step of the product development process, promoting a user-centric mindset across teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and/or SaaS products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints in a startup or agile environment.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work cross-functionally.

- Experience designing for data-heavy or science-based platforms is a plus.
- Advanced/fluency-level English is required.
