We are looking for an independent full-time video editor to help create Facebook ads for our eCommerce brand. Our main focus is on VSLs that are usually 12-20 minutes long.

Our VSLs are made in a documentary style, where we tell a story to keep viewers interested until the product, offer, and close are shown.

We need a video editor who has a strong sense of storytelling and can make the video visually explain what the script says.

We have one main product, and all our VSLs are based around it. Our target market is the USA, so excellent English is important because you need to fully understand the script to deliver great work.

Most of our team works remotely from different countries, so good communication in English is necessary.

👉 What you will do:

• Edit new versions of successful VSLs every day (for example, change the video hook, lead, or close).

• Re-edit our best-performing VSLs to improve results.

• Create new videos based on scripts we provide.

• Find the right footage to match the script and story – We will provide UGC footage and voiceovers, as well as access to stock footage banks. You will be responsible for sourcing everything else needed (e.g., selecting the right stock footage, sound effects, and additional elements) to bring the story to life.

👌What we offer:

• Stable daily work – we need new videos every day.

• Fully remote work. During the trial, you will work in our time zone (GMT +1). After that, you can choose your schedule.

• We will train you on how to make high-performing eComm Facebook ads.

• A full-time position (Monday to Friday).

• Starting pay: $400 per week. After the 1-month trial period, this increases to $500-$700 per week. After 3 months, we can renegotiate based on the value you bring to the business.

💪What you need:

• Advanced skills in Final Cut, Premiere, or DaVinci (CapCut is not enough).

• Strong English skills – we have daily Zoom calls.

• A creative mindset with "outside-the-box" thinking.

• Common sense and the ability to work independently.

• Attention to detail and storytelling skills.

• The ability to learn fast and follow instructions.

• Work quickly and handle deadlines well.

• A portfolio showing your past work (this is required).

✋What we’re NOT looking for:

• Agencies – we need one person to be part of the team, not outsourced work.

• Groups pretending to be one person – we need a single full-time freelancer.

• Beginners

• People who are not independent or reliable.
