We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation / Partnership Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Search for and engage potential clients using various channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.).
• Generate and qualify leads based on our target audience.
• Assist in building and developing strategic partnerships.
• Initial communication with prospects (from the first touch to handing off to the sales team).
• Maintain CRM data and track outreach activities.
• Contribute creative ideas to our outreach and lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English level.
• Strong interest in IT sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Understanding of basic B2B communication principles.
• Confident user of LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create personalized, engaging messages.
• Proactive and self-driven mindset - we value "get-things-done" attitude over years of experience.
• High level of self-organization and desire to learn quickly.

Nice to have:

• Initial understanding of the IT outsourcing/outstaffing business model.
• Familiarity with email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
• Basic understanding of the sales funnel.
• Completion of any relevant courses (Lead Generation, Sales, or IT Management).

— At least 2 years of commercial experience in IT companies in the following positions: Sales Manager/Executive, Business Development Manager

— Excellent communication skills

— Customer search on selected resources and the development of new sales channels

— Develop and customize the marketing presentations, service proposals, project documentation

— Proactive mindset

— Strong organizational skills

— High level of spoken and written English.

Твої задачі:

-Активний пошук кандидатів (sourcing) через LinkedIn, соцмережі, профільні спільноти та job-платформи

-Використання Boolean/X-Ray пошуку та сучасних методів сорсингу

-Проведення первинних співбесід, відбору та скринінгу кандидатів

-Ведення кандидатів через увесь рекрутинг-процес до оффера (full-cycle)

-Ведення та оновлення бази кандидатів у внутрішніх системах (Monday)

-Співпраця з менеджерами проєктів для точного розуміння потреб у талантах

What to expect in the first months:

- 30–60 days: deep dive into processes, ICP, tools, and outreach strategy

- up to 90 days: expected to close at least 1 contract

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in IT sales / business development / partnerships (B2B, outstaff, outsource);

- Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate / B2+);

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;

- Attention to detail and structured approach to CRM management;

- Proactive mindset and analytical thinking;

- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Primary:

- Drive sales and develop the client base;

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners;

- Communicate with clients, partners, and candidates via Telegram and Email (fast response, follow-ups, professional tone);

- Conduct intro calls and discovery meetings: gather requirements, validate expectations, and shape client requests;

- Evaluate incoming positions, prioritize them, and transfer to the recruitment team;

- Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday);

- Participate in negotiations and support contract agreements.

Secondary:

- Prepare for conferences and events, conduct intro calls, and follow up with leads;

- Research and test new sales channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.);

- Support partnership initiatives and help expand the network;

- Perform additional business development tasks as needed.
