We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us find new clients, build strong client relationships, drive sales and grow our partner network.

 Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+);
- At least 1+ years of experience in IT outstaff / outsource sales;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Structured approach to CRM management;
- Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, attention to details and initiative.

Key Responsibilities
Primary:
- Drive sales and manage the client base;
- Communicate with clients, partners, and candidates via Telegram, Linkedin, WhatsApp, Email – quick responses & follow-ups
- Conduct intro calls and briefings: gather key information, validate expectations, and help clients shape their requests;
- Qualifying requests and make a proposal;
- Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday);
- Contract stage management and negotiating the terms.

Secondary:
- Prepare for conferences and events, conduct intro calls, and follow up with leads afterward;
- Explore and test new sales channels;
- Other tasks.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us find and qualify potential clients in the IT outsourcing and outstaffing market.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Build and maintain targeted lead lists
• Find and research relevant decision-makers
• Conduct personalized outreach
• Generate and qualify leads
• Maintain CRM and keep lead data up to date
• Track outreach activities and results
• Pass qualified leads to the Sales team

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in Lead Generation
• Required: experience in IT outsourcing and/or outstaffing
• English B2+
• Understanding of B2B lead generation
• Experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ability to research companies and decision-makers
• Ability to write personalized outreach messages
• Proactive and self-driven mindset
• Strong attention to detail
