We are looking for a Lead Generation / Partnership Manager to help us grow our client and partner network, generate high-quality leads, and build long-term relationships in the IT outsourcing/outstaffing domain.

Responsibilities:

• Search for and engage potential clients (LinkedIn, email, and other channels)
• Generate and qualify leads
• Build and develop partnerships
• Communicate with prospects (first touch → handoff to sales team)
• Maintain CRM and track outreach activities
• Contribute to outreach and lead generation strategies

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in lead generation / sales / partnerships
• Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing is required
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Understanding of B2B communication
• Experience with LinkedIn
• Ability to write personalized outreach messages
• Proactive and self-driven mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
• Understanding of the sales funnel
• Experience participating in calls / discovery meetings

We are looking for a proactive Junior Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding our partner network, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of our analytical services.

The Role:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients across the UK, US, and EU.
• Translate client hiring needs and project requirements into actionable requests for our recruitment and delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to scale client teams (Upsell/Cross-sell) and increase overall billable volume.
• Build long-term trust through regular sync-ups, health checks, and performance reporting.
• Oversee the full lifecycle - from onboarding and contract management to invoicing and monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and handle feedback professionally.
• Capacity to structure information and maintain attention to detail.
• Fast learner

• Досвід у аутсорс/аустаф компаніях від 1 року
• Тих, хто комфортно працює з платформами: LinkedIn, Djinni та іншими професійними ресурсами
• Проактивних, комунікабельних та організованих спеціалістів
• Англійська B2

Твої задачі:

• Активний пошук кандидатів (sourcing) через LinkedIn, соцмережі, профільні спільноти та job-платформи
• Використання Boolean/X-Ray пошуку та сучасних методів сорсингу
• Проведення первинних співбесід, відбору та скринінгу кандидатів
• Ведення кандидатів через увесь рекрутинг-процес до оффера (full-cycle)
• Ведення та оновлення бази кандидатів у внутрішніх системах (Monday)
• Менторинг сорсерів
• Співпраця з менеджерами проєктів для точного розуміння потреб у талантах
