Кого ми шукаємо:
- Спеціалістів з досвідом від пів року у Talent Acquisition / Recruitment/ Sourcing
- Тих, хто впевнено працює з платформами LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub та іншими професійними ресурсами
- Проактивних людей з класними комунікаційними навичками та бажанням розвиватися
- Англійська – від рівня Intermediate
Твої задачі:
- Пошук та підбір кандидатів через LinkedIn, соцмережі, професійні спільноти та job-платформи
- Використання Boolean/X-Ray пошуку та сучасних технік сорсингу
- Ведення та оновлення бази кандидатів у внутрішній системі (Monday)
- Проведення комунікації з кандидатами та підтримка їх на всіх етапах процесу
- Співпраця з менеджерами проєктів та командами для розуміння потреб у талантах
