    We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who knows how to turn data into decisions that move the business forward. You’ll own the full analytics stack — from digging into raw data to generating insights — and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive smarter, faster decisions that fuel our growth. Right now, it's in the MVP stage—a great chance to join a small startup team (CTO, 3 Python Developers, 1 React Developer and a Product Owner), and have a real impact on its development 🚀

     

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Take full ownership of the analytics function — from infrastructure to insights;
    • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and architecture;
    • Develop dashboards and tools to monitor performance across clients and partners;
    • Proactively uncover bottlenecks and growth opportunities through data;
    • Work closely with business and tech teams to translate needs into actionable data solutions;
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the company;
    • Generate insights, formulate hypotheses, and run experiments (A/B testing) to validate ideas and improve performance;
    • Set up processes for measurement, forecasting, and performance reporting.

     

    You are our ideal candidate if you:
